TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to AK Empire Watches. By placing an order on akempirewatches.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. PRODUCTS

All watches shown on our website are described accurately based on supplier specifications. Colors and photography may vary slightly from the physical product due to screen differences and lighting conditions.

We sell the following watch brands: POEDAGAR, Curren, Kademan, Pierre Cardin, Bestwin, Baisheng, Forichs, and other men fashion watches.

2. PRICING

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Free shipping is included with every order. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. ORDERS

Placing an order on our website does not automatically confirm it. Your order is officially confirmed only after our team reaches out via WhatsApp or phone and verifies the details with you.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Customer unreachable after 24 hours
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity
  • Out-of-stock inventory
  • Delivery to restricted areas

4. PAYMENT

All transactions are Cash on Delivery. We do not currently accept advance payments, cards, or online transfers for new customers.

5. WARRANTY

Every watch comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in the watch mechanism. The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Water damage (unless the watch is rated water-resistant and the damage is within those limits)
  • Strap wear and tear
  • Battery replacement after 3 months

Warranty claims require proof of purchase (order number or confirmation WhatsApp).

6. RETURNS

Refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details. In summary: 7-day inspection before payment on delivery, 7-day return window after paid delivery for eligible cases.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on akempirewatches.com - including logos, photos, text, and graphics - is the property of AK Empire Watches or our suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AK Empire Watches is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from product use
  • Delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events
  • Allergic reactions to watch materials (if any)

Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the price paid for the watch.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sheikhupura or Lahore, Punjab.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version is always available on this page.
