SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

FREE SHIPPING NATIONWIDE

Every order on AK Empire Watches ships free anywhere in Pakistan. No minimum cart value.

PAYMENT METHOD

100% Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay only when the watch is delivered to your doorstep - after you inspect it.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

  • Lahore (city limits): 1-2 business days
  • Other major cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar): 2-4 business days
  • Smaller cities and towns: 3-6 business days
  • Remote areas: 5-8 business days

Delivery times start from the day after your order is confirmed via WhatsApp.

We ship via verified couriers based on your location:

  • PostEx (primary, nationwide)
  • Leopards Courier
  • TCS
  • Bykea (Lahore only, same-day where available)

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After you place an order, our team will contact you on WhatsApp within a few hours to confirm the address and order details. This prevents wrong deliveries and returns.

If we cannot reach you within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled automatically.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message with tracking details. You can track your parcel live on the courier website.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our couriers will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If you are unavailable both times, please coordinate with the courier directly or WhatsApp us at 0370-7505427.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address includes:

  • House/flat number and street
  • Area/sector name
  • City
  • Nearby landmark (very helpful!)
  • Active phone number (your WhatsApp number preferred)

INCORRECT ADDRESSES OR UNREACHABLE CUSTOMERS

If a parcel is returned because the customer could not be reached or the address was incorrect, future orders may require a small advance payment to ship.
