REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At AK Empire Watches, your satisfaction is our priority. Here is how returns and refunds work.
7-DAY INSPECTION BEFORE PAYMENT
All our orders ship on Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Before paying the courier, you have the right to:
- Open the parcel
- Inspect the watch
- Verify it matches your order
If you are not satisfied, simply return the parcel with the courier. You pay nothing.
RETURNS AFTER DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE
If you have already paid and received the parcel, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- Watch is defective on arrival (not working, damaged)
- Watch delivered is different from what was ordered
- Manufacturing fault within 6-month warranty period
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- Change of mind after inspection and payment
- Physical damage caused by customer
- Watch used, scratched, or tampered with
- Packaging/tags removed
- Requested after 7 days from delivery
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
- WhatsApp us at 0370-7505427 with your order number and photos showing the issue
- Wait for our confirmation (typically within 12 hours)
- Ship the watch back in its original packaging via any courier (Leopards, PostEx, TCS)
- Once we receive and verify the product, we will process your refund
REFUND TIMELINE
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa refund: 2-3 business days after we receive the returned watch
- Bank transfer: 5-7 business days
- Replacement delivery: 3-7 business days from return approval
